Housing Development Act (HDA): Undang-Undang Yang Lindung Buyer Dari Developer Nakal

The Act sets out regulations for licensing developers, obtaining sales permits, and provides mechanisms to deal with “sick” or abandoned housing projects.

- Kalau rumah lambat siap atau banyak defect, guna hak tuntut LAD (pampasan) atau bawa kes ke Tribunal.
- Rajin semak latar belakang developer, sama ada ada rekod kena tindakan bawah HDA sebelum ni.
Kesimpulan:
- HDA bukan sekadar akta, tapi “payung” utama untuk protect buyer dari developer nakal.
- Kalau buyer tahu hak bawah HDA, senang nak elak ditipu atau rugi ribu-ribu.
- Ilmu ni wajib semua buyer tahu sebelum sign apa-apa perjanjian dengan developer.
